loggers and timber management groups. He developed a wealth of contacts in

industry. As a consultant for Farm Credit, a subsidy of AgBank, Advance Land
and Timber is able to directly provide competitive financing which not only
helps marketing but helps "close" at point of sale. Mark currently sits on the
Board of Forest Resource Association providing unparalleled contacts with many
of the major players in the timber industry.
Coleman
Parks has over twenty-five years of experience in real estate
marketing with extensive sales of timberlands, farmland, and recreational
property. The contacts and relationships developed throughout SC, NC, GA and AL
allow Advance Land and Timber the ability to expose, negotiate, and close
thousands of acres of land each month, with a sales volume in excess of 25,000
acres in the last twelve months. We employ a secretarial staff well versed in
taking prospect calls, faxing plats on demand once key information is taken,
maintaining a daily phone log and data bank which is reviewed each morning and
assigned to a salesman who is familiar with the tract.
